How does a firm produce its clients' sustainability deliverables with STRATA ESG?
On ESG Optimizer, in two ways. With white label, deliverables come out in the firm's colours and are billed from €35 to €27 per active client file per month, excluding VAT, depending on the calendar year volume, plus a platform base. With referral, the firm receives 20% of what the referred client pays, for as long as they pay. Either way, every figure stays attached to its document and the calculation replays identically.

The calculation replays identically
Same data, same result. A deliverable you cannot reproduce is not an asset for your firm, it is an exposure.
What is missing is flagged as missing
Absent data is never quietly filled in with an assumption. You know what you are signing, and what you are not.

You upload the questionnaire you received. It comes back in its original format, in its original cells, formulas and formatting preserved, with an annex proving every answer. The following year, only the values that need updating are asked for again.

The calculation is deterministic
Same data in, same result out, today and in two years. No value produced by a generative process ever enters a score, an index or a projection. Extraction and drafting are assisted, the calculation never is. You can replay an analysis in front of a third party and get the same figure, to the decimal.

20 % of what the referred client pays, whatever plan they choose, quoted services included, for as long as they pay. The day that client stops paying, the commission stops.
It does not combine with partner pricing on the same file, since in that case the firm is not the one producing.

What we get asked most often.
Do you use artificial intelligence to compute the scores?
No. The exact wording, held everywhere: extraction and drafting are assisted, the calculation never is. No value produced by a generative process enters a score, an index or a projection. That is why the same analysis, rerun on the same data, returns exactly the same result, today and in two years.
What happens when data is missing?
It is flagged as missing and it pulls the index down. It is never quietly estimated, never replaced by a sector average, never filled with a default. An incomplete file has to show, otherwise it becomes indefensible the moment someone checks it.
Does a STRATA ESG score replace an audit?
No, and that limit is written on every deliverable. Our scores are indicative and do not replace an audit by a registered statutory auditor. What they provide is the file that audit can rely on: documents in their place, assurance levels field by field, and the state of the file at the closing date rather than today's.
Do you issue an ESG rating or certification?
No. We are neither an authorised rating provider nor a certification body, and we claim to be neither. We prepare a file and make it verifiable; validation belongs to an authorised third party.
